Pamela  Duffy is a partner at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP. She is one of the first women to become a name partner at a major San Francisco law firm. Her practice focuses on public policy issues and commercial real estate, land use and development, with a particular emphasis on large public - private partnerships. She currently heads the lead counsel team to the privately financed $1 billion LA Clippers' arena in Inglewood and has acted as lead counsel on projects as varied as the San Francisco 49ers' Levi's Stadium, the Exploratorium, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, the San Francisco Giants' Oracle Park, the 300-acre San Francisco Mission Bay development and the $2.5 billion Sutter Health/California Pacific Medical Center.

Duffy serves on the Board of Directors of the National Advisory Council of the Institute of Governmental Studies at UC Berkeley and is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Natural & Social Sciences at Cal State LA. She has served on many nonprofit boards, including public television station KQED and renowned science museum, the Exploratorium. She is an elected member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the International Women’s Forum. She is a frequent lecturer at major universities throughout the country and has taught an undergraduate seminar at the University of California, Berkeley.

As one of the most recognized land use attorneys in California, her many accolades include Chambers USA National Real Estate Lawyer of the Year, Best Lawyers San Francisco Lawyer of the Year, Daily Journal Top 12 Land-Use and Top 30 Real Estate Lawyers, San Francisco Business Times Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence (Hall of Fame), California Real Estate Journal Dealmaker of the Year, California Lawyer California Attorney of the Year (CLAY) and San Francisco Chronicle Top 25 Lawyers in the SF Bay Area.

Duffy graduated with honors from California State University, Los Angeles and earned her law degree (cum laude) from Loyola University, Los Angeles. She was recognized as a Cal State LA Distinguished Alumna for the College of Natural and Social Sciences in 2017 and as one of Loyola Law School's “50 Inspirational Alumni" in 2014.
